Flow rack out of high quality steel
The general cargo moved on a slope roll conveyor to the extraction point because of the gravity. The picking will be made at the extraction point. The charging happened from the other side of the roll conveyor and the principle "First in - First out" can be warranted.
The storage rack is made of 5 platforms each with 3 roll frames.
Each platform has its own slope. The roll frames can be dismantled separately and with a wheelbase of 60 mm it also can be used for smaller packages.

Picking roller belt out of high quality steel
It is made up of 10 roll frames each with 6 smooth running rolls and side guidance.
The roll frames can be dismantled und can be cleaned in the dishwasher without problems. With a roll diameter of 50 mm and a wheelbase of 65 mm it can be used for smaller packages.

Curved continuous conveyor
The curved continuous conveyor is available with a 30°, 45°, 60° or 90° curve as well as curved to the left or to the right. The curve has a very small radius.
It can be adjusted to any transport conveyor.

Transport conveyors for special tasks
This transport conveyor is equipped with a smooth synthetic belt. The application of this system involves the transport of a product across other conveyors where both delivery units need to be independently height-adjustable. The illustrated conveyor easily meets these requirements.

Cutlery buffer conveyor
This transport conveyor is used to transport individual unsorted cutlery. Thanks to the high side walls, the cutlery can be buffered on the conveyor. Output and dimensions are based on the application.
