Equipment for manufacturing filtering bags
This system is used for the fully automated sewing of filter material into filtering bags. The fabric is reeled off a roll and fed into the bag shaper which ensures that the bag is properly positioned for the bag sewing machine. The endless bag is cut to an adjustable length at the end of the system. A ring mark and the filtering stamp can be added during the same process step. The completed bag is pushed out of the system on the side and drops to a cart. A buffer is located in front of the cutting unit, in which the bag is scratch buffered during the cutting process. This way there is no need to stop the sewing machine during the cutting process. As soon as all the fabric has unreeled from the roll, the system stops automatically. A new roll is inserted into the coil cradle manually and sewn onto the old fabric roll, making the renewed threading unnecessary.

This machine is a component of a cart transporter. It is used to transport food carts of a large hospital to the dish washer. The tower is used to lift and turn them by 180°.
