Endurance test systems
These systems are used to test individual vehicle components for function and endurance. Certain specified movements are conducted (defined way, defined force). These systems are not equipped with an own control. The system used to conduct the corresponding test, is connected to a control unit (plug connection). This means that only one control unit can be used for several systems.

This system is used to test the basic frame of the centre arm rest for dimensional accuracy.

Test rig for sliding roof
This system is used for the automatic successive process of the following test and installation tasks:
• touch-free examination of the curvature of the roof
• verification that certain components have been installed.
• examination of the uniformity of the colour of the cover fabric / attachments by means of a colour camera system
• automatic installation of metal braces serving as sliding elements.
