For lifting of your tray trolleys
This device is for the lifting and kneeling of your tray trolleys e.g. for the transport in the dishwasher.
Furthermore you will have a slope of 5° that no water could stay in the trolley.
In the picture you can see an inlet and an outlet without dishwasher.

Construction for the change of flow ice in the tray trolley
This is a manual version of the construction above (fully and semi-automatic version). The trolleys will be moved manual in an approximate position under the rotary arm. The user brings the coupling unit to the trolley and after the centring it catch on the trolley. The process of change begins with the press of the pushbutton start. It is finished when either the preselected time or temperature is achieved. Not till then the tray trolley can be removed and the next process can start.

Construction for the change of flow ice in the tray trolley
This construction contains a fully automatic process where the trolleys will be identified and will be moved in the position of change. The feed and return line will be docked at the flow ice machine and then it is ready for the change. The process of change will be finished when the preselected time or temperature will be achieved and the trolley will be output automatically. After this the completed trolley will be clocked out and the next process can start.
You can see in the drawing a double lane. Of course you can get it as a single-lane, too.
Furthermore you can get the machine without the automatic transport.

Food portioning belt conveyor for the transport of system trays on round belts
The construction is self-supporting, distortion-free and built on height-adjustable feet. The feet can be attached to the synthetic resin floor to prevent the belt conveyor from being displaced.
The components are designed as a grid system and screwed together by means of plug-in joints which can be unscrewed for maintenance work. To meet the high hygienic demands, the components are designed with a precise fit in the area of the plug-in joints.
The belt conveyor body is hygienically enclosed all around and the upper side is equipped with synthetic guides to ensure the optimal gliding quality of the round belt. The transport speed is adjustable.

Vertical belt conveyor with round belt system
Our belt conveyor system allows the continuous, fast, smooth and completely secure transport of your assembled trays across several levels. The belt conveyor system is made of high quality components.
The design consists of a stable basic framework made of sectional steel, a controlled hoist drive and an SPS control system and is enhanced with safety equipment installed at the factory such as in- and outflow tunnel and complete cladding.
The vertical belt conveyor together with our customizable round beld system combine performance and precision with high efficiency.

Round belt system RBA
The tray transporting system for the scullery. The trays with the used utensils are placed onto the belt conveyor and transported toward the dish washers. At the first station, the china is removed manually and placed onto the transport system leading to the china dish washer which runs below the belt conveyor. The cutlery is subsequently removed by means of a magnet and directed toward a different washer. At the end, the empty trays are sorted into a tray washer sideways.
