Tray dispel
In one work step your trays will be dispel out of the tray trolleys (TT) and will be brought to the belt conveyor, which is for the used dishes.
After this the TT will be transported to the train washing tracks.
Process: The TT will be pushed manual in a conveying system und with this it will be transported in the position to dispel. A claw pull the whole content of the TT and moved it on the transportation device of the tray dispel. The trays will be pushed in the inlet of a conveying of the tray remover. The trays will be transported separately in the tray remover. The empty TT moved automatically to the remover of the residual dirt. At this place the cart will be tilt 5° C and wiper clean the surface. In this position the TT will be transported in the train washing tracks.

Twin tray de-pilling
From the washer directly in the dispenser cart
This construction transports your trays with the help of belt conveyors from the washer directly on the tray trolleys.
The construction identifies automatically the full cart and change to the 2nd track. You can see which cart should be changed with the help of an optical indicator.
Certainly there is a buffer where the trays can be moved on if there stands no cart by.

Dish stacker TS12
From the dishwasher directly in the dispenser cart
This construction transports your dishes with the help of belt conveyors and rotary arms from the dishwasher directly in the plate dispenser.
Each rotary arm with a claw with vacuum cups takes two dishes at the same time and moves them in a dispenser.
The minute the dispenser is full it will be moved out automatically. In this time the dishes will be moved in a buffer. The capacity of this buffer is 150 mm stack height.
Output: between 25 and 40 dishes/minute depending on the equipment.

TS20
This construction is for the insertion of the trays in the dishwasher.
The trays will be absorbed from the tray dispenser and will be laid on the intake of the dishwasher. The position of the tray dispenser is on the side of the intake of the dishwasher (right, left or frontal).
Specification:
The construction has a covering of high quality steel and viewing window. The size of the trays is max 530x370mm. The output is max 30 trays/minute.
