The paper inserter works in connection with a moulding machine. It inserts a sheet of paper between the products set down by the moulding machine. This way, any quantity of products can be stacked on top of one another, separated by a sheet of paper each. The dimensions can be adjusted to the respective machine and the product.

Tray feeder SZ10
This system is used to depile plastic bowls and feed them into a moulding machine. The bowls are stored in a dispenser and set down onto a belt conveyor. From there, they are transported to underneath the moulding plate of the moulding machine. After the products have been placed onto the bowls, they are forwarded to continuous transport systems.
